Corruption is Greater Threat

Terrorism and Naxalism twin threats to country and corruption is the bigger threat than it without any doubt. It is the corrupt system prevailing in our country which give rise to terrorism as also Naxalism. Leaders in politics are mostly busy in earning money and habits of unfair means starts from these fellows who are running the country. Administrators and lower level Babus sitting in all government departments follow the suit prescribed by political leaders. When the intention is bad ,a person cannot take wise decision. Government officers shows the path to public how to break the rule and take advantage of rule. How to evade income tax is taught by Income tax officials only though their agents/middlemen.Custom officers will guide businessmen how to smuggle goods from foreign country and how to export goods at the cost of govt revenues. After payment of some bribe one can get easily Pollution Free certificate,No objection certificates, birth certificate to death certificates ,false education ceertificates and what not. Judges are unable to deliver justice even after a decade or two only because each person ,from lower level munsi to judges and advocates are indulged in dirty practices. Lastly it is public who is victim of such tortures meted out to him by politicans and bureaocrats, each blaming others. When injustice grows it generates irritation and foces public to unite and create terror to counter the irritaing system created by our politcians and politicians only . Bureocrates are son of the politicans. When rulers of the country sitting at the top are corrupt, their science percolates down the level and entire system in inflicted with the disease. When police and armed forces will become patriot serious and loyal to their duty ,none of terrorist and naxalist will be able to survive.Police forces are bigger and more powerful terrorist.Even Naxalist snatch arms and ammunition from police forces. Therefore corruption is undoubtedly more harmful which give rise to terrorism and naxalism.Only after thorough reformation in the system and with a reign of patriotism we can imagine to eliminate terrorism and Naxalism from our country. For this purpose we will have to first put ban on all preaches and speeches .rally and procession ,strike and political bund and so on....

It is not surprising that rich people are grabbing houses meant for poor. As a matter of fact all subsidies, aids, lands etc are grabbed by rich person in the area, politicians, middlemen and poor get a slice of the cake as a sympathetic contribution. Even good quality wheat and rice meant for distribution to ration card holders are bought by traders and sold in the market. Only rotten quality wheat which is not saleable in open markets are distributed through Fair price shops. Gas cylinders sold by Gas agencies at subsidized rates are mostly used by hotels owners, shop keepers, guest houses, wedding houses, factories, houses of middle class and rich class etc. Rural people or poor people cannot even dream of buying a gas cylinder. Government is selling Kerosene oil at very cheap rate and incurs huge loss due to this subsidized sale. But here also 80%of kerosene oil is bought by traders and sold in black market or bought by petrol and diesel dealers for adulteration in petrol and diesel.

Even schools free meals meant to attract poor students are eaten by teachers or sold to traders. Only a part of free meal which is rotten and of mean quality is served to enrolled students. Everyone knows very well how middlemen and politicians are looting fund under NREGA. Even then our clean Prime Minister claim of good governance and at least everyday he talks of GDP growth which he means to say Gross Domestic Product but actually for poor and rural people it is Garibi Development Project.

Government knows very well that fund given for development and poverty alleviation is mostly grabbed by middlemen, political leaders, and babus in government offices. All types of Construction work including Indira Awas construction carried out by government agencies involves distribution of illegal money in the shape of commission to dealing officers , monitoring agencies and politicians. Contractors cannot survive and cannot become wealthy person until he distributes at least 50% of contract amount among corrupt persons sitting in the administration and political workers called as dadagiri tax..
This is unending sad story of Indians and Indian administrations , more specially of Indian politicians and babus.
